Online syncing extreme slow!!!!  XML

Hi there!
after uprading the new version of the bloove client on my p1i yesterday,
i try and try to upgrade, but its soooooo slow !

sent... 2,40 kB after 2 minutes..... 2,81 kB...... reconntecting .......... 3.20 kB

I get mad! i tried to sync yesterday and had the bloove client online for maybe 4 hours!!!
and when i try on the online page here in get until 35% maybe and the timeout!

this had nothing to do with my internet connetion in the SE p1i smartphone, because all other
internet applications (mail, browser, messenger) are just working fine!
it even doesnt matter if i choose WLAN, GRPS or UMTS

bevor this client upgrade i never had problems like this and syncing was a issue of one or two minutes...

anyone an idea?

I try now to sync with new 12.0 version.

I've more of 200 contacts with two or more number or mail and 250 sms.

The sync duration was only few seconds.

I use Nokia 95 8gb with wlan! What have used you?

thanks for reply. i have the 12.0 version, with the older one i never had these problems.
i have about 120 contacts and less messages.

i have the syncing process again since i posted this message here.

received: 30,48 kB sent: 38,89 kB (for about 2 hours!!)

i guess this is is slower than the slowest analog modem which was ever build... 0.0041 kB/s ??

i use a sony ericsson p1i smartphone.
as i wrote, all other internet application on tis phone are working with normal speed at the same time!

It's very strange.

IMHO you must re-download and re-install the software.

Have you try to close the agent, restart the phone and re-trying the sync?

Ok, let's clarify several points, please try to open http://www.bloove.com in your mobile phone browser. Do you experience any delays?

Then please reboot your phone and try to sync again. In case of further problems please contact us via email support@bloove.com and we'll do our best to resolve the problem.

ok thanks. i deinstalled the bloove client, started the phone new and installed new.
seems that the "receive" rate is a little bit higher, but "sent" slower than a snail.

i cannot open www.bloove.com on the standard mobile browser (opera mobile) - it says "not enough memory" (????) but i can open the same site with opera mini 4 without any problems

will wait until the issue is fixed.

just try it ... upgraded to version 0.13
received 17,88 sent 336 kB in 1...2 minutes

syncing done! perfect!

I'm using Bloove Agent v.13.0 and having this problem with online syncing, too. I've disabled power saving on my Sony Ericsson P1i's WLAN, which keeps me continuously connected. However, sync stops at midstream and I need to wait for Bloove Agent to reconnect. After that, it pushes through. Just an FYI. Hope we can speed things up a bit Thanks!

Today I must update with the new 15.0 version.
After 30-40 seconds and 95% synchronization of 400 contacts done, the agent stop without message. So the syncrhronization of message never happen...

The old release is better than new???

We'll look into this issue, but please try sync again in few hours. You know, sometimes network problems are just network problems.

Ancucchi,
I've searched logs for your sync and found that there are some problems (contacts seems to be synced many times). We are checking it now, will let you know.

Ok, what we have, it seems that you're using GPRS (please correct me if I'm wrong). I guess that during first long sync you clicked refresh in web ui (did you?), so the second sync started and there's our problem in handling of such situations.

Today sync went Ok until you stopped Agent on the phone. Am I right?
