Bloove is designed to support all Windows Mobile 6.0 compatible mobile phones (please note that Windows Mobile 5.0 is not supported), so if your Motorola Q runs WM 6 it should be ok, but I'm a bit puzzled because as far as I know Motorola Q was released with Windows Mobile 5.0. Not sure about possible software updates.
