API?

I just bought a Symbian phone and I'm looking into different syncing options for calendar and contacts. I've settled on goosync+google cal for calendar and bloove for the contacts.

I'd love to have the ability to query my contacts database from the command line. Is there any way to do that with bloove?

But it will be available for beta testing in the beginning of December, please let us know if this type of API looks convenient for you and if you're willing to beta test it.

After several internal discussions we decided to implement LDAP (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/LDAP) support instead of custom protocol. This allows to use a lot libraries for various programming languages and enables read only access to your contacts from several popular email clients such as MS Outlook and Mozilla Thunderbird.
