How can I restore data from bloove to my E71 after firware update

I have updated my E71 firmware, Now the phone blank. I want to restore all the data from Bloove to my phone. Can you help me out in this

Hi! To restore your data please follow these steps:

1. Install Bloove Agent on the phone and run it. It will get new ID.
2. Log in to your account, select Details menu of your E71 and click "Restore phone data link"

I've increased phones limit for your account to perform this operation. After restore please verify that all data are in place and remove old copy.

Thanks, I have restored the data but I got duplicate groups more than 50. And all the contacts with have numbers with label "Telephone" have become Assistance number

Thank you for problem report, we're looking into this issue.

After restore my contacts. Bloove has 779 contact and my mobile has 387 contact. Bloove has some duplicate contacts. Can you fix this for me plz?

We are checking reasons of duplicates. Please let me know if they are only in Bloove, but not on your phone.

If so, here is the quick fix:
- delete phone from Bloove (Details/Remove phone)
- and add it again (Add phone)
It will do full resync.

Deleting my phone and adding is ok. But I dont wanna lose my phone log.

I really appreciate your patience. Your reports helped us to identify 3 new bugs, which will be fixed in the nearest update.

For now I have fixed duplicates in your contact list. Currently duplicated contacts are moved to the safe place just in case. Please check that everything is OK, and I'll remove 'em completely.

Thanks for clearing the duplicate contacts. Can I have the deleted contacts in the form of a csv r a text file. Just to check that none of my contact r missed.
