i used nokia 5200 that use J2ME operating system, when i installing bloove in my phone and try to run bloove aplications, i find "Not enough permissions granted, cant start, please consult installation help on..."""
what means it ??? and what must i do so that i can use the bloove service in my phone
give me advise .....

Hi,
this topic is covered in our FAQ:
On Nokia phones open Application, choose Bloove Agent, choose Options/Application Access and set Communication/Network Access to Always allowed. Repeat Always allowed setting for Data access/Read user data and Data access/Add and edit data.

how to use bloove?
i can`t understand.
i`m using k510i. and what do you mean about id agent.
i`ve got a number phone when i run bloove in mw phone. and i think it`s the id agent. but when i fill it into website,they said that the id agent invalid.
what should i do?

Yes, you are correct: number displayed by Bloove agent on the phone is the ID you should enter in your account. ID is used for security, so anybody who don't know this ID can't access your phone.
Please check that you are entering ID exactly the same as it displayed on the phone. If it still complains about invalid ID, please send your Agent ID to support@bloove.com and I'll check it.
