Only 91 messages viewable

i have about 1000 messages on my nokia 5800 express music... but i dont understand why only 91 mesages have been synced... i also checked the dates to ensure that old ones are also getting included and bloove is not leaving the messages after a particular date but that is not the case.
i also have folders which are not getting transferred to bloove and my sent items list is blank as well...

so if somebody else has also faced this prob... have u got a solution??
