Only contact sync is supported for Nokia C3. It is a "feature phone" but sms and log sync is supported for smartphones only.

You can try to download Agent for Nokia 7230 and install it on your Samsung, possible problem is that Samsung doesn't have have required certificate (Thawte). And only contact sync is supported for feature phones.

You can also try to download Agent for Nokia 7230 and install it on your mobile, possible problem is that phone doesn't have have required certificate (Thawte). And only contact sync is supported for J2ME phones.

I don't know what you mean by saying "monitor the phone's activity". Only contact sync is supported for feature phones. Feature support by platform is described here: http://www.bloove.com/en/site/features
