cannot pay from paypal

i cannot buy bloove service, this is the error code

im pretty sure my balance is enough to buy, i try to pay my hosting service in hostgator that no get any problem, but in bloove, i have problem with that, i already become premium in bloove for some couple month, but in this month i will buy again, that have problem

you know? i still like using opera mini rather than default browser, but sync default browser is great feature, but additional cost for sync opera mini support , not problem for that

It seems that it was temporal problem on Plimus or PayPal side. Your payment is successfully received and premium plan is activated for your account.
