Modified contacts in the browser do not save  XML

Hello,

I am using Bloove with N95

If I modify a contact on the Web browser and press "Save" nothing happens, the change does not save on the web and it does not synch back to the phone. What should I do?

It looks very strange, could you please try again and in case of any troubles sent to support@bloove.com name of contact and contact fields you're trying to modify.

Having the same issue now, all my modified contacts in the browser are missing from my mobile. Have synched several times and situation does not change

Thank you Bloove guys for finding the reason!

My "Anniversary" and "Birthday" fields are not empty, there is "N/A" in them which triggers an error during save. If I empty these fields then Save works fine. To empty the fields, you have to do it on the phone, or by moving each contact in the Archive while the phone is online (so it disappears from the phone), empty the fields, then move it back to Contacts so it gets properly saved in the phone as well

PS My phone contacts were imported from Microsoft Outlook, the "N/A" addition in the empty Birthday and Anniversary fields was done automatically by Outlook - beware of Outlook synchronisation!
