Help - Duplicating of fields in contacts  XML

Help! After synching, a duplicate field for email has been created in most of my contacts. Why? How do I clean it up? I have a P1

Thank you for your reply, any ETA of solution?

Now another issue, I lost my contacts in my phone (not related to bloove) but now I cannot sync my contacts from the web. How do I do that?

Did you remove Agent from the phone?

Did you sync with bloove after contact removing? Please do not sync as all contacts removed on the phone will be also removed from our service.

I think we can help you in this situation (since you're early adopter) and enable premuim feature (for free and for a limited period) that allows you to copy contacts from previous image of your phone to your new phone.

Please answer my questions and we'll do our best to help you.

Yes, I removed the Bloove application

No, I have not synched again, I have restored my contacts from a back-up elsewhere so that's ok

I logged into my account and I found several contacts duplicated. Online my bloove is showing over 800 contacts!

Now, can I edit or delete all of those without having the app running on my phone? Keep in mind that I don't have it on my mobile anymore.

Yes, I am an early adopter and I am happy to test Bloove all the time, my contacts are backed-up so I don't have to worry about it.

It seemed so great when I first started using it. Now several hiccups

OK. I installed Bloove again and it gave me a new ID so I changed the profile on the account by deleting it and including the new profile. Results, all my contacts and SMS in the browser dissappeared, which I assume that is the way it goes.
It seemed that I could start with a clean account but after several attempts, the mobile connects but nothing happens in the browser, it times out! I got fed up and I uninstalled Bloove again, I give up for tonight

The browser connection times out.
I installed Bloove once more today and after several attempts, no synch
Any advice?

Is it standard browser error about connection timeout or error in Bloove interface? If you can't connect to the server it may be some network error, please trace route to the bloove host in this case.
