Unable to connect after installing Bloove agent  XML

I installed agent and after that when I open the application, it says connecting ...please wait....

it just hangs at this point. I am using Airtel connection with GPRS enabled.
I tried this on Nokia N70 and Nokia 6233 with airtel/Vodafone.

Please help me.

Dear mobilecommando!

Please check that wap gateway is disabled for connection your're using for Bloove agent. Unfortunately we can not check your operator's specific settings in our lab.
