Bloove V10 - Can not log in - Help!  XML

Hi.

Just updated my bloove agent to 10 on a nokia n95. When I fire the app, it tells me that I should go to bloove.com - but seems to have lost the abolity to conect me..

Any idea what can be done..?

Hello, syscode!

Did you uninstall Agent from the phone or make phone format? The other possible reason is different place of installation (for ex. it was installed on the memory card and now installed on the phone internal memory). Anyway if your data on on the phone is in sync with bloove server (you don't want to restore from the server to your formatted phone) then just go to "Details" menu and click "Change" for Agent ID.

Thanks for your reply.

I accidentaly removed bloove, which is why I had to put it again.

Yes, in theory, the menu should have the details option - however, all the options that appear are exit and about..

Please check menu on the web page (you have to be logged in), just under picture of your phone: Contacts, Messages, ... Details.
