Yes, you are correct: number displayed by Bloove agent on the phone is the ID you should enter in your account. ID is used for security, so anybody who don't know this ID can't access your phone.
Please check that you are entering ID exactly the same as it displayed on the phone. If it still complains about invalid ID, please send your Agent ID to support@bloove.com and I'll check it.

Support for N72 will be added in a few days

this topic is covered in our FAQ:

On Nokia phones open Application, choose Bloove Agent, choose Options/Application Access and set Communication/Network Access to Always allowed. Repeat Always allowed setting for Data access/Read user data and Data access/Add and edit data.

Sorry, 9300i belongs to Series 80, which was discontinued by Nokia. So it makes no much sense to make a port to this platform.

Currently no. All contacts on the phone are cached on the server, so may be used without phone. Archive is supposed to free space on the phone. Could you describe why do you want to make a copy?
