To pay for premium plan you don't need to have your phone online (no gprs connection is required). But of course you need working gprs, 3G or WiFi connection to perform auto synchronization.

You can try to download Agent for Nokia 7230 and install it on your mobile, possible problem is that phone doesn't have have required certificate (Thawte). And please keep in mind that only contact sync is supported for J2ME phones.

Bloove Agent should work on your phone, but only contact sync is supported because it's j2me based phone. Try to download Agent for 6600 slide.

Yes, only contact sync is supported. Sms and phone log sync is supported for smartphones only due to limitation of J2ME API.
