Thank you for problem report. We'll try to reproduce the problem on our phones. Do you see it for various contacts or only for some specific ones?

Also it would be helpful if other Windows Mobile Bloove users report if they experience the same strange behavior.
Hello,

Open http://bloove.com/m on your mobile. It will determine a compatible version for your phone automatically. Download and install Agent.

Open Applications, choose Bloove Agent, choose Options/Application Access and set Communication/Network Access to Always allowed. Repeat Always allowed setting for Data access/Read user data and Data access/Add and edit data.

Start Agent, it should try to connect to server and display Agent ID, login in your desktop browser to Bloove.com and add the phone to your account by entering Agent code on web page.

We see the same problem as before and we're really puzzled. It looks like an error in SE PIM API implementation. We'll try to reproduce it on our own JP8 SE phone when New Year's holidays are over but we don't have the exact model (C905).

Btw did you setup permissions as described below?
"On Sony-Ericsson phones open Organizer/File manager/Applications, choose Bloove Agent, choose More/Permissions and set Internet access to Never ask. Repeat Never ask setting for Read user data and Write user data. If your phone allows you to do so, set Never ask to Messaging as well."

No, it's not supported. It based on Windows Mobile 5.0. Too old, sorry.

We did not test Agent on Samsung phones with proprietary OS. I suppose you tried J2ME version, what problem did you see?

Yes, please download Agent for SE C702. It's the same J2ME platform (so only contact sync and managament is supported). We'll add official support for new SE models during the following week.

Thank you for information. Android and Blackberry are planned for next year. But it's good to know that there's demand for our services. It should motivate us to implement it faster
