It happens for different contacts, does not seem to be specific ones. I will pay attention to this, though, the next times it happens.

I probably shouldn't, but if I had to guess, I'd say that it's related to a combination of going stand by or losing internet connection while bloove is running on the phone and then it enters some kind of invalid state. Once the phone is restarted, that seems to solve the problem.
I experience some times, when I send texts from bloove.com, it confirms that the text is sent and the phone also does not show any error. However, when I go to view the texts, the outgoing texts are in bold, marked as if they're 'unread'.

When opened on the phone, the text becomes read and the time is set to the current time and the text is actually sent. That means, until I discover this and open the texts, they are not sent.

Unfortunately, I cannot find any pattern in when this happens, but it does happen quite often.
After updating to your latest version of the Windows Mobile client, it shows an alert with "canned_code not found, path=\Application Data\BlooveAgent\cc.txt" upon startup.
Whenever my phone has internet connectivity problems, it now shows an alert that is too big to show on the screen, as it is displaying the entire stacktrace for the error. In order to get it working again, I have to close the application manually from the phone's menu (Windows Mobile 6.1) and then restart the application (and some times the phone).

It would be so much better if it could just retry to connection automatically after half a minute or so. If, for some reason, you think the current behaviour is better, perhaps you could add the automatic reconnection as an option in the client application.
I actually think I just figured out why this is happening. When the phone is connected, it becomes a USB drive on the computer and the drive that is accessible from the computer, is not accessible on the phone at the same time.

My guess is that Bloove depends on that drive to be accessible.
When I am connecting my HTC Touch Diamond to my computer to charge it with USB, Bloove will not start. I can start other programs, though.

As soon as I remove the cable, Bloove can start.

This is inconvenient, as the phone is using a lot of battery from being on Bloove - but it would be ok if I could charge it at the same time.
The Windows Mobile 6.1 sync problem on my HTC Touch Diamond has now been fixed.

Thanks Bloove!
When synchronizing messages on my HTC Touch Diamond, the client application on the phone crashes consistently at 99% and the application has to be restarted.

These are the details (probably useless):

Exception code: 0xc0000005
Exception address: 0x01191d08
Reader: 0x00000000

The effects of this is:
- It tries to synchronize from the beginning every time I restart the program.
- I can only use the service to send texts while it is synchronizing, as the application crashes in the end.

Please assist in fixing the error OR stop the synchronization so I can at least still use the SMS service.

Best regards,
Niels Brinch
