Kami senang mengumumkan bahwa selain bahasa Inggris dan Rusia, Bloove sekarang tersedia dalam bahasa Indonesia juga.
Untuk mengubah bahasa pada antarmuka web silakan gunakan menu pilihan pada bagian kanan atas. Agen Bloove untuk Windows Mobile, Nokia S60, UIQ dan Android menampilkan antar mukanya menggunakan bahasa default ponsel tersebut.
Untuk mendapatkan dukungan bahasa Indonesia di agen J2ME, Anda perlu men-download versi lokal Bloove.com/id/m dari peramban ponsel.
Untuk pengguna bahasa Indonesia, kami juga menambahkan bagian khusus di forum kami, di mana ada pengguna yang memberikan bantuan kepada pengguna lain.

We are happy to announce that in addition to English and Russian, Bloove is now available in Indonesian language too.
To switch languages in web interface please use selection menu on the top right. Bloove Agent for Windows Mobile, Nokia S60, UIQ and Android displays its interface using default language of the phone.
To get Indonesian support in J2ME agent, you will need to download localized version from bloove.com/id/m from the phone browser.
For our Indonesian users we also added special section in our forum there users are providing help to other users.

Please try again and make sure that Agent on the phone is connected. Please tell me local time of your experiment.

Could you please clarify, why and how did you kill Agent? Anyway, online/offline status is controlled by periodical polls from Agent, and it is checked with timeout of 5-10 minutes, so it is ok that it displayed with some delay.

We have added Android to the list of already supported smart phone platforms.
Following features are available for any phone based on Android 2.x:
* contact management, including custom labels, multiple field instances, contact pics, and contact groups;
* ability to move contacts between phone and Bloove Contact Archive. For example, you can convert a local phone contact to Google-synced contact;
* SMS Sent, SMS Inbox and Phone call logs, with Bloove Archive feature which automatically stores items deleted on the phone into our service;
* ability to send SMS and initiate calls without touching you phone.
And of course, you can get all premium features for Android too:
* copy contacts and messages from any supported phone (j2me, Windows Mobile, Nokia S60, SonyEricsson UIQ) to Android, and vice versa. So you can migrate from your old phone to the new one;
* backup and restore contacts and messages if your phone was lost or stolen, including cross-platform backup/restore;
* scheduled syncs, so you will have most recent snapshot of your valuable data in our service;
* access to your SMS messages using any client via POP3 protocol.

We will increase the price of Bloove service starting from November 1, 2010.
New prices will be $10 for Basic Monthly plan (was $5), $60 for Annual plan (was $36), and $120 for Unlimited plan (was $95).
Recurrent charges for subscriptions activated before November 1st will remain unchanged. For example, if you are currently subscribed to the monthly plan, you will continue to pay $5 each month even after the deadline. But new users will pay $10 for it.
Features per plan will also remain unchanged and you can check it here http://www.bloove.com/en/site/features or inside your Bloove account.
So, it is a good idea to buy cheap subscription until it lasts: please log in to your account, select Buy Now from the left menu and choose any plan you want.

It was supposed to. Agent performs sync after start, and all changes from the phone are uploaded to server.

It is possible to restore data from database backups, but it is not automated yet and require a lot of manual work. We are doing it from time to time for our premium users. Old data will be restored as second phone into your account, and you will be able to copy all or selected messages to your phone. So if you wish, please subscribe to Unlimited plan.

Hi,
We are using Thawte certificate to sign our application. Unfortunately Nokia forgot to include this certificate on some early S40 5th edition phones. Your Nokia 2630 seems to be one of such phones.
We have found that this certificate is available after firmware update on our test phone. I recommend you to ask Nokia Service Center for firmware update. Sorry, there is no easier way, because using Agent without certificate will ask your permission for each operation, which is extremely annoying.

Bloove is now available in Google Apps Marketplace as Installable app. It includes single sign-on, Google's universal navigation, and our existing ability to sync your phone contacts with Google Contacts.
So your domain administrator can install it for your entire Google Apps domain, and it will work seamlessly with Google without need to setup access for each user.
Our current usage plans are applicable without changes for Google Apps mode too - it ranges from Basic/Free to Unlimited, please see details.

Just switch to any other application, for example to home screen. Bloove Agent will keep running in the background.
