Please use menu "Details - > Restore Bloove agent" to rebind Agent to this phone. If phone still is not displayed as Connected, please send Agent ID to support@bloove.com and we'll check it.

Just press the same button you use to switch to app list from home screen. And if you hold it list of running apps is displayed. This are standard Nokia features.

Hello,
We've identified the problem (yes, it's related to phone reset during firmware update), fix will be included into one of the future versions. As a temporary solution I can propose to clear all existing logs in the web interface, new logs should sync without problems after that.

For SE K800i Bloove supports only J2ME version. So SMS aren't supported. Please take a look at

On Sony-Ericsson phones open Organizer/File manager/Applications, choose Bloove Agent, choose More/Permissions and set Internet access to Never ask. Repeat Never ask setting for Read user data and Write user data. If your phone allows you to do so, set Never ask to Messaging as well.

I'm sorry but we can prepare debug version only for Symbian or Windows Mobile platform. J2ME implementations from various vendors are too limited and usually contain a lot of bugs. So it is not possible for us to add support for other models (LG for ex) without actual phone on hands.

I think this error doesn't mean you don't have free RAM that is used for running programs. Please check free phone memory size using File Manager->Memory Details.

I have checked logs, it looks like that for some reason after successful login agent tried to relogin once more and so on. So I don't think that email only contact is the real problem.
In case that problem repeats please try to reboot the phone and try again. If problem persists please contact us and we'll assemble special debug version for you to catch problem conditions.
