I've just checked it: everything is working fine. Could be temporary Internet connection problem.

We can prepare special debug version to find the problem why activation SMS doesn't work in your case. As I said before we provide free credits to check if this feature is working for your phone.

I don't understand your other questions, to send or manage SMS just start Agent on the phone (phone call is initiated on the phone so you have to have this phone with you, sms sending is working fine even if you forget the phone in some other place). We provide email support, support via Complaint form and via forum as you can see.

And please do not post the same message several times.

Installation instructions for SonyEricsson W810i

Agree with all requests and warnings. After install you will need to grant access to the network and your contacts for the Agent to work properly prior to running the application.

Process is as follows:

Open Organizer/File manager/Applications
Select "Bloove Agent"
Select "More/Permissions" and set Internet access to "Never ask".
Repeat "Never ask" setting for Read user data and Write user data.
If your phone allows you to do so, set "Never ask" to Messaging as well.

Yes, we have updated Android and Symbian versions, you should find appropriate sms in Inbox on your phone.

New features: phone log export to Excel and ability to select several contacts in web interface and send sms to them.

There are no plans for new updates in the following month.

Nokia X2-01 is J2ME based mobile phone so Auto Sync is not supported please take a look at supported features for Nokia X2-01

What is your phone model? For Symbian S60v3 and Android based phones you can remotely start Agent.

Click on offline phone icon. SMS is sent to provided phone number so mobile phone should be turned on, available in cell network and can accept incoming SMS. To send activation SMS from web interface you simply need to purchase message credits. Each activation SMS costs one credit. SMS is not stored in Inbox folder.

20 SMS credits cost $5 (no subscription needed). 10-200 free credits will be added to your account each billing cycle depending on which Paid Plan you have already.

Also, to help you to test this new feature we are adding 2 free credits to each account.

There is no update. Usually we send new version notification by email and Bloove Agent creates SMS in Inbox if it detected that upgrade is required during auto sync. Yes, there are missing syncs, possible reasons are: phone was in roaming, phone was turned off, phone couldn't connect to Internet, phone was in fast boot mode (specific to Android). So please try start Agent manually, if it works then schedule auto sync again. If the problem occurs again we'll prepare special debug version for you.

nokia 2730 classic & nokia C3

They are both J2ME based phones, supported features for Nokia C3-00 and supported features for Nokia 2730 classic

Bloove uses your mobile phone to send sms so actual speed and cost depend only on your mobile phone and your operator. We're going to add ability to send group messages without mobile phone using sms gateways.

So now we have two options:

1) we can temporary enable group messaging feature for your account, you will test it and decide if you want to buy basic plan;

2) you will be our beta tester for group messaging via sms gateways, you will get basic plan for free (you still have to pay for each sms but for discounted prices) but we'll ask a lot of questions about your use cases and first question is what is the most common destination country for your sms and what price per sms you expect to pay.

You left Bloove Agent running on your mobile (started from phone UI) so it didn't start scheduled sync and just sent new incoming sms. Scheduled sync is started only if Bloove Agent is not running on the mobile phone.
