It looks like this problem is quite common, for example take look at http://community.eqo.com/forum/3g ,
It's possible that Orange is not allowing you to establish a TCP connection through their portal. The only way to know for sure is for you to contact them.

Also you can try to use any other connection if you have it (EDGE maybe or other 3G that is not "portal")

Thank you for question, but I'm a bit puzzled. I've just checked it on P990i (we don't have P1i on hand right now) and I see the opposite situation: messages that are in Inbox and NOT on the SIM are visible on the web (that's how it should work). Also in current version we support only plain sms, email or mms messages are not supported.

So I don't know what to say. We'll try to get P1i to check.

It's not possible (hence check boxes are not visible) to move contacts to archive if your phone is offline (Bloove Agent is not started on the phone), so you need to start agent one the phone, check that phone has online status on web page, then move contacts to archive.

Please keep in mind that contacts are removed on the phone after moving them to archive.
Support for Windows Mobile phones is planned for mid 2008. By the way do you use WM 5 or WM 6? Initial relase will be for WM 6 based devices.
Well, it depends on operator, could you please post here link to your operator web site (English version) and we'll check their possible configurations. Also we can prepare special test account and (in case you're interested) you can check it yourself (we'll monitor if any problems arise).

It looks like you have branded (AT&T or other) mobile phone, then you will not be able to install Bloove Agent on your cellphone because the existing firmware on the phone seems to conflict with the install process.

Yes that's a problem, but it's fixed in our development version and will be available during next week or two.
