Please send your Agent ID to support@bloove.com. Do not write it here.

and also my bloove agent option menu only has ABOUT & Exit choises
That's normal because after agent registration you will be able to manage you mobile phone via web.
Thanks.

Please be sure that access point you're using has plain GPRS type, not WAP (or other proxies) or MMS. Also you can post here you operator website and we'll try to check what settings are appropriate. But there's no guarantee since there are too many mobile operators with their own specific conditions.
Thank you.

Hello,
delvinlobo wrote:Hi,
my N70 crashed and at the moment i am using a 6270 both nokia handsets,
1) I would like to know if i will be able to recover my contacts using bloove when i reinstall it in the N70 as i will have lost all my contacts.
If your contacts are stored in bloove we can enable experimental feature for your account by your request and you will be able to add your N70 as second phone and copy contacts from old copy of N70 to your current N70.

2) Can i install the bloove agent on the 6270 and use the current account i have or will i have to create a new account?
Please wait for tomorrow and our Admin will increase your plan limit so you we'll be able to add 6270 to your existing account (and copy contacts from N70 to 6270 as temporal solution).
Since it's experimental feature we enable it for free in exchange for your feedback
We'll post here when it's ready.

Ronen.
Looks like we've very special case for S60 second edition and some rare conditions, we'll look into this issue again, but it's not reproducible on our phones so I want to ask you if you don't mind to try several special versions and provide feedback.
Thanks for info.

That's quite strange, can you go to settings->security->authority certificates->certificate list on you phone and sent to support@bloove.com the list of certificates your mobile has?
Thanks in advance.

Now it's turned on for all Nokia S60 and SE UIQ phones (was temporary disabled, thx for report). So it should work for your N95.

Sorry for inconvenience, did you try to repeat the operation later? (It could be just some network problem.) If the problem still perists, please send to support@bloove.com some identification info (name for ex.) of contact you're trying remove and we'll look into it.

Please check menu on the web page (you have to be logged in), just under picture of your phone: Contacts, Messages, ... Details.

Hello, syscode!
Did you uninstall Agent from the phone or make phone format? The other possible reason is different place of installation (for ex. it was installed on the memory card and now installed on the phone internal memory). Anyway if your data on on the phone is in sync with bloove server (you don't want to restore from the server to your formatted phone) then just go to "Details" menu and click "Change" for Agent ID.

netdiva97 wrote:I am experiencing really slow service with bloove today. Logging on has taken FOREVER and it is showing my phone as not connected when the phone program is on. Are the servers experiencing some problems?
Sorry for inconvenience, we had some problems with our hosting provider, but they should be resolved in several hours. You can send your ip address to support@bloove.com and we double check to make sure that all networks troubles are resolved.

Thanks for request, restoring contacts to another phone (or the same one after firmware upgrade) is experimental feature and is available by request, you account will be upgraded (and you will be provided with instructions) during next 24 hours.

We're still looking into this issue, however several updates:
1. Did you experience situation when it takes up to 30 seconds to open up a contact as it described in http://www.brianberliner.com/2006/09/20/nokia-e61-firmware-upgrade-released-blech/ ?
2. We're going to release new Bloove update in several weeks where first sync procedure is changed.

Anonymous wrote:Any plans to add the Nokia 5310?
Several S40 5th edition phones (including Nokia 5310) do not have Thawte certificate preinstalled.
We're going to get certificate from other cert authority soon, so it should solve this problem.
