I have few group of contacts (two or three, no more) with really few contacts in there...

Now I tried to sync my phone through my wifi-adsl...
I don't touch never my browser (firefox 3.05 on ubuntu 8.04).
I watched the percentual bar going slowly up to 94%... and the agent on my phone indicate about 10k received and 40K sent.
And suddenly the agent shut down...

Yesterday to understand if the synchronization was going good or fall, I added a new item do my contacts (Z was the name and 111 the number). After the synchronization I find it on bloove webui and from webui i deleted it.
So appears the the synchronization of contacts work very good.
But the last SMS that bloove readed from my phone is dated 21 august 2008... and no one book mark was read from my phone...
I don't be able to delete the sms on bloove... and I have many other sms on my phone: can be that the reason of bad working of agent???

Ok, what we have, it seems that you're using GPRS (please correct me if I'm wrong). I guess that during first long sync you clicked refresh in web ui (did you?), so the second sync started and there's our problem in handling of such situations.

Today sync went Ok until you stopped Agent on the phone. Am I right?

The first time I used the wifi access point of my home network (ADSL 9 Mbit/sec) and I click refresh in webui

...
The second time I try a sync using the UMTS (3,5G) connection of my phone and after few second the agent was self shut down

...
So I don't understand if the sync was going good or fall...

We'll look into this issue, but please try sync again in few hours. You know, sometimes network problems are just network problems.

After 30-40 seconds and 95% synchronization of 400 contacts done, the agent stop without message. So the syncrhronization of message never happen...

The old release is better than new???

It's very strange.

IMHO you must re-download and re-install the software.

Have you try to close the agent, restart the phone and re-trying the sync?

The sync duration was only few seconds.

I use Nokia 95 8gb with wlan! What have used you?

Now I understand: I can manage the photo only If contact already have one.
I think that the problem above is due to network trouble...
Now it work very fine!

When the web page as refreshed the photo with the new, I save my contact.

After this i try to create a new contact for test but, now, when i click with the mouse over the image nothing happens!
It's normally or what?

Perfect! I copy all my contacts (223) in three times:
- 001-100;
- 101-200;
- 201-233

I have choose 100 contacts for page and when I push "ALL" the engine select only the contacts visible on the page!

In my opinion you must add another button that permit to select really all contacts!

There should be option to copy contacts to another phone in "More actions", will check it tomorrow why it is not working for you.

- The first is my phone before formatting (ever off-line)!
- The second is my phone after formatting (always on-line)!

I see my contacts in the old phone and, if i select one, more or all, the toolbox "MORE ACTIONS" is gray and unavailable!

In my opinion you must add another option in the toolbox "MORE ACTIONS": copy to contact archive, so in case as mine, an user can copy all contacts from OLD PHONE to CONTACT ARCHIVE e after can copy all contacts from CONTACT ARCHIVE to NEW PHONE .
