i have paid bloove to upgrade mine so i can add my 2 phones, but how can i synchorise 2 phones using bloove.

Please describe in more details what do you try to do. If you just need to have messages and contacts from one phone on the another, you can do it by selecting desired items and using Copy command.

I just checked it on my HTC Desire and Nokia N95 phones, everything is working fine. Maybe your destination phone is not online.
